This Rustic wedding venues Ealing London
Edie’s family kicks off every Christmas with a rustic wedding venues Ealing London and music, cookies, and hanging a new ornament on the tree. It’s a tradition she and Logan continued in their own home, but when he handed her an ornament of a bride + groom riding a motorcycle then got down on one knee, that tradition took on a whole new meaning! These two are happiest when they’re outdoors, creating something together, or both. So it makes sense that their rustic estate wedding was the perfect reflection of their favorite things:
We are both inspired by nature and the seasons and wanted the day to feel authentic to the time of year. Timeless and romantic, but also fun! Cedarwood Weddings has so many different areas for the guests to enjoy on the property, which we loved. There were personal touches throughout the space: games near the cocktail barn, an air stream serving signature cocktails, a bourbon + cigar table (Logan’s favorite) and a Chicago hot dog cart for late night snacks.
Jordan Voth Photography captured the day with lovely detail. Shall we have a look? Rustic nashville wedding!
The First Look
Just the sweetest!
All of the florals were created in house by Cedarwood Weddings and we love the way Edie’s bouquet ties in with all the decor!
Such a romantic shot!
Finding the Dress
Finding the dress was a bittersweet moment. My mom passed away when I was in high school so it was always a day I had mixed emotions about. I so badly wanted her to be there but my sister, aunt, and mother-in-law made it so special. We spent the weekend in Chicago (where I’m from) and went to 5 different bridal salons. I ended up finding my dress at Dimitra’s Bridal on Oak street. The same place my sister bought her dress years earlier! Lihi Hod (the designer) had so many incredible designs and I fell in love with two dresses. I actually said yes to one that day and then two weeks later I went back to Chicago and picked the other one. Once the dress came in and I tried it on for the first fitting I knew I made the right decision. It was classic and I knew Logan would love it.
The Wedding Party
Are not the colors here just perfection?
Rust, blush, and gold…we love you.
The Ceremony
WOW.
A total masterpiece by Cedarwood Weddings!
And to add to all the romance, Lindsey O’Halloran played the grand piano throughout the ceremony.
Processional: Bridal Party and Family: Chopin’s Nocturne Opus 9 NO. 2 in Eb Major | Bride: Fields of Gold by Sting
Recessional: This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) by Natalie Cole
First Dance: Bring it on Home to Me by Sam Cooke
May this marriage be full of laughter, our every day a day in paradise. -Rumi
Love does not alter with the passage of brief hours and weeks but lasts until the end of days. -Shakespeare, Sonnet 11
While the whole day was amazing my favorite part was the ceremony. Standing beside one another surrounded by our closest family and friends felt so special. Logan and I spent a lot of time choosing the music and readings we wanted for the ceremony. It was really important for us to find words that fit our love. Seeing it all come together was truly magical. Saying our vows and our first kiss as husband and wife are both moments I’ll never forget.
A Rustic Reception
This place is a southern dream!
Take some time during the reception to step back and just be. It goes by so incredibly fast, you need a moment to just sit and appreciate it all.
You know we love a cute floral cocktail!
Floral game still strong with blooming centerpieces and a rustic hanging installation
A classy cake table by Nashville Sweets rounded out the sweet decor!
So perfect! All our congrats to E + L on your beautiful day and marriage!
